You voluntarily request the services provided by Exotic Indian Beauty Salon.You acknowledge that all services, including waxing, threading, tinting, facials, and others, involve some level of risk, including but not limited to skin irritation, redness, or allergic reactions.It is your responsibility to inform the staff of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures (such as laser treatments, chemical peels, etc.) that may affect your treatment.By accepting these terms, you release Exotic Indian Beauty Salon and its employees from any liability related to undesired results, reactions, or complications arising from services provided.

4. Health and Safety

You agree that you are in good health and fit to receive the services provided. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant, it is your responsibility to inform the salon prior to receiving any treatments.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge.
If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be reduced.
