You voluntarily request the services provided by Exotic Indian Beauty Salon.You acknowledge that all services, including waxing, threading, tinting, facials, and others, involve some level of risk, including but not limited to skin irritation, redness, or allergic reactions.It is your responsibility to inform the staff of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures (such as laser treatments, chemical peels, nanoplasty and keratin etc.) that may affect your treatment.By accepting these terms, you release Exotic Indian Beauty Salon and its employees from any liability related to undesired results, reactions, or complications arising from services provided.

4. Health and Safety

You agree that you are in good health and fit to receive the services provided. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant, it is your responsibility to inform the salon prior to receiving any treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse service if our technicians believe the treatment is unsuitable for your health condition.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge.
If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be reduced.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.
All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

While our team adheres to the highest standards of care, Exotic Indian Beauty Salon cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage or injury caused to you during any service.
You agree that all treatments provided are at your own risk and that you will not hold the salon, its owners, or employees liable for any adverse reactions or injuries.

8. Consent for Photography

We may take before and after photos of your treatments for promotional purposes, but only with your explicit consent. You have the right to decline being photographed.

9. Product Usage

We use high-quality products for our treatments. However, if you have any known sensitivities or allergies, please inform us in advance.
Any recommendations or aftercare products suggested by our team are based on our professional opinion. However, we cannot guarantee results as every client may respond differently.
